1. Adding a Printer to Your Computer

1.1. Add Additional Printers

Click on the Windows button in the lower left-hand corner and start typing Printers & Scanners. Click Printers & Scanners

 

Click Add a printer or scanner

 Scroll to the bottom of the list that will populate and click The printer that I want isn’t listed.

Click the radial button that says Select a shared printer by name and type \\rps-svr-print1\ in the box below and it will populate all of the printers you can install



Select the printer you want to install and click on Next. (Make sure that it says on rps-svr-print1)

1.2. Choosing Default Printer in Chrome

When you try to print from Google Chrome for the first time, click on Save as PDF under Destination


You will then select See More... from the drop-down selection


You will then be able to select any of the printers that you have installed on your computer (Make sure it shows rps-svr-print1 at the end of the name)

This will save that printer as the default printer in Google Chrome for future use.

1.3. ID Card Association


Enter your computer username


Enter your computer password
