1.1. Which batteries can I use?

Our microphones use special batteries. Please ask for a microphone battery from your building office.

1.2. How to change Microphone Batteries

2.1. Charging Dock Flashes Red

The dock does not detect a battery in the microphone. Please remove the battery (if present) and make sure the negative end of the wrapper has been removed. If it has not, head over to the How to Change Microphone Batteries page (link at the bottom of the screen). If it has please submit a work request.

2.2. Charging Dock Flashes Green

If your charging dock has a flashing green light, please ask for a new microphone battery from the building office. They take a special one.
